Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Act as the Assistant to Senior Vice President of Design and VP of Technical Design managing daily calendar management and travel arrangements
- Complete all expense reporting for Senior Leaders
- Assist with various team projects as needed
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Production departments to guarantee the Tech and Design teams has the most up-to-date information regarding seasonal assortment
- Track daily/weekly work flow of technical team by generating a weekly hotlist for manager's strategic meeting
- Updating the team charts daily and issuing them weekly to inform them of important due dates and pro-actively create all new charts for upcoming seasons
- Communicate daily with modeling agencies and other Garment Industry professionals
- Responsible for tracking garments as they go through fittings; from Asia or India- planning when they would be fit, and ensuring they were commented on
- Plan and execute men's and women's fittings arrangement
- Prepare monthly expense reports for all senior members of the team
- Stocking the pattern tables and fit room with any and all supplies team may need
- Organize and help set up monthly fit & Feel at the stores
- Coordinate and book design kickoff
- Set up weekly meetings with design Team and Senior Leadership

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

- At least one year of related practical experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills supporting a team environment
- Excellent English communication skills - verbal and written
- Excellent time management/project skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority for deadlines and attention to detail
- Ability to recognize and react to changing work demands
- Comfortable and confident in making effective autonomous (and group) decisions in a timely manner
- Goal oriented: ability to stay focused on creating winning results

****beginning in August 2019 this role will be relocated with the Club Monaco Business to our new office in Nutley NJ****
