Mooncusser Fish House & Moon Bar are seeking a pastry chef. Responsibilities include creation and execution of seasonal plated dessert menu and extensive bread program. Ideal candidates have 3 or more years of experience in pastry and baking, preferably in a restaurant setting. Must have at least some experience with bread baking and production! Previous management experience and culinary school not required but considered a plus. Candidates must be passionate about food & pastry, hard-working, dedicated and eager to work in a tight-knit kitchen. The pastry chef will work closely with the chef/owner on development and ensuring the pastry menu reflects the sensibilities of the savory menu. This is primarily a morning/day position.
