Waldorf Astoria is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager to join this luxurious boutique property in Park City!
With 150 rooms, 4,000 square feet of banquet space, and 3 food and beverage outlets, this gorgeous property offers elevated comfort food inspired by mountain regions from around the world. This include a 3-meal restaurant, seasonal pool restaurant, and in-room dining.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Food & Beverage and Restaurant GM overseeing all food and beverage outlets with a focus on in-room dining and banquets.
The ideal candidate will be an energetic and driven leader with a passion to provide exceptional service and a keen eye for detail. At least 3 years of F&B leadership experience with a fine dining and hotel background is required.
What will I be doing?
As a Food and Beverage Manager, you will direct and organize the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service.
Plan and direct the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation.
Implement effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards.
Help ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
